We recommend sending return packages fully insured with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for the package until it is received and signed for at our facility. Once we receive your package in our sorting department, it typically takes up to 48 hours for the item to be added to our register log. When the item is processed, our accounting department will then be able to issue your refund.
Return and Refund Policy for Halo Diamonds
Please take note of the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds:
- Tags and Alterations: Halo Diamonds will not provide/grant a refund when the tags from our jewelry have been removed, torn, ripped, slit, cut off, unattached, separated, ruptured, lacerated, broken, damaged, or reattached, adhered to, or bonded. Furthermore, if any jewelry item has undergone alterations or modifications by anyone other than our skilled artisans, all associated warranties and return policies will be rendered void.
- Loose Stones: If you acquired a stunning loose stone and subsequently had it set into a beautiful piece of jewelry by a jeweler not affiliated with Halo Diamonds, please be advised that this loose stone is ineligible for return or refund.
- Serviced Jewelry: We understand that personalizing your jewelry is essential, and that’s why any pieces that have been serviced—whether it’s resizing for a more comfortable Sit, soldering for repair, or any other modifications made at your request—are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best care for your cherished jewelry.

- Processing Time: Upon arrival of your package at our sorting department, we initiate a thorough verification process. Typically, this process takes up to 48 hours to complete, during which time our team carefully checks the item against our records. Once verification is successful and your item is logged into our system, it is forwarded to our accounting department for further processing. After this processing phase, our accounting team will begin the procedure to issue your refund promptly. Please note that the entire process may vary slightly depending on the volume of packages received, but we strive to ensure that refunds are processed as swiftly as possible.
- Refused or Returned Packages: In the event that a package is marked as ‘Refused’ or is subsequently ‘Returned to Sender’ at the customer’s request, please note that a refund will not be processed until the package has been successfully received back at Halo Diamonds’ designated facility. Should the package become lost during transit due to this action, Halo Diamonds will not assume any liability for the loss, and as a result, no refund will be granted. - Return Authorization: To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, we highly advise securing a formal Return Authorization and a Return Label from Halo Diamonds before sending the package back. Please note the following: If a jewelry item has been altered or modified in any way by anyone other than Halo Diamonds, all warranties and return policies will be invalidated by Halo Diamonds.
If you purchased a loose stone and it was mounted into a setting by a jeweler outside of Halo Diamonds, the loose stone is non-returnable/non-refundable.
Any Jewelry that has been serviced is non-refundable (e.g., resized, soldered, altered, or any other modifications requested by the customer).
If a package is ‘Refused’ or ‘Returned to Sender’ at the customer’s request, it will not be refunded until it is delivered back to Halo Diamonds. If the package is lost in transit as a result of this action, Halo Diamonds is not held liable or responsible, and therefore, no refund will be due or given. To avoid any issues, we recommend obtaining a proper Return Authorization and a Return Label from Halo Diamonds before shipping the package back for a refund.
SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM DESIGNS, and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA:
Special Order, Custom Design, or Custom Order made at the request and specifications of the customer, or any jewelry item altered at the customer’s request to have a different shape or size center stone than what is pictured on our website, is considered Sinal and non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return of any International Orders from Outside the United States. Under no circumstances is Halo Diamonds liable for any taxes levied by another country upon receipt of the merchandise.
LAB GROWN DIAMONDS AND OTHER GEMS RETURN POLICY
Please carefully review our return policy regarding lab-grown diamonds and other gemstones:
- Eligibility for Return or Exchange: Lab-grown diamonds and other gemstones can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, you must reach out to Halo Diamonds directly within these 15 days to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
- Return Authorization: Returns are only accepted with a valid Return Authorization Number. Any loose diamonds returned without Halo Diamond’s authorization number will be rejected and will not be processed further.
- Condition of Merchandise: For a return or exchange to be accepted, any loose diamond must remain in its original sealed casing. Should a loose diamond be removed from its casing, it will not qualify for return. Additionally, any return must include the original Certification, which serves as proof of the diamond’s authenticity.
- Verification Process: Upon receiving your return, our expert jewelers will conduct a thorough examination of the returned lab-grown diamonds and other gems to verify their authenticity. This validation is essential to ensure compliance with our return policy.
- Refund Timeline: Once our jewelers have approved the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed. Typically, you can expect to see the refund issued within 21 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Policy Adherence: Please note that we will not expedite or circumvent our established return process under any circumstances. All packaging materials and certifications must be returned in pristine, new condition to ensure a triumphant return or exchange.

Promotional Items Policy:
We want to clarify that Promotional Items are not included in our Free Maintenance or Lifetime Warranty Program. These items are considered non- serviceable, meaning they cannot be repaired or serviced, and thus cannot be exchanged for alternative products. They are offered exclusively while supplies last, and once they are gone, they will not be restocked.
Moreover, Halo Diamonds retains the right to remove any Promotional Items from our website at its discretion, without prior notice. Please be aware that the Company is under no obligation to honor any expired offers or promotions associated with these items. We appreciate your understanding regarding these terms and encourage you to take advantage of promotional opportunities while they are available.

Shipping Information.
All in-stock items are processed and shipped within seven business days; custom-made orders are processed and shipped within fifteen business days. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation. We fully insure each item, FREE OF CHARGE, for the Sinal purchase price, from the time it is in transit until the time it arrives at its destination. The recipient’s signature is required upon delivery. Expedited Shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx is also available. If you need your order expedited, please select a different shipping option during checkout!
Once the order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that Halo Diamonds cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the shipper’s severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you would like to ship your item to an address other than the one listed on your credit card, you must place the address on file with your credit card company. Doing so will protect you from fraudulent charges. Additionally, please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Forms of Payments and Methods.
Halo Diamonds accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, bank wire transfers, and PayPal. Upon receiving any deposit or full payment, your sales associate will email you an official store receipt with all the details of your purchase, including center diamond specifications, ring setting information, and the amounts paid and balance due.
- Credit card: We accept all major credit cards. (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover).
- Personal or certified bank checks: Please allow three to five business days to clear personal checks before shipping items. All checks should be made payable to “Halo Diamonds” and addressed to 13014 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. Suite 330 Tampa, Florida, 33618.
- Bank wire transfers are one of our clients’ preferred payment methods. We provide you with our full account details upon request, and transfers usually take between one to five business days to process.
- PayPal electronic invoices can be created the same day and sent directly to your e-mail address. You must have an active PayPal account to accept invoices and submit payments.
Layaway plan: A down payment of approximately 40% of the total purchase price will enable clients to secure an item and to begin production on a custom ring; the item must be paid in full. Diamonds and metal prices fluctuate, and our inventory of finished rings and loose diamonds frequently changes, so this will guarantee you an item you want at the agreed-upon price. Installment payments can be made over a time frame of up to 6 months (or more in some instances). Once the balance is paid in full, a member of our team will reach out to you, and we will arrange the details for delivery.
Pricing Policy.
At Halo Diamonds, we make every attempt to ensure the listed prices for all items are accurate and up to date. However, prices depend on availability and other market factors and are subject to change without notice. Additionally, price and other information may be inaccurate due to system or human error. We reserve the right to cancel and refuse any sale made based on an incorrect price. We sincerely regret any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in advance.
Taxes.
Halo Diamonds is located in Florida, and we are currently registered to collect a combined sales tax only on orders shipped to addresses within the State of Florida. The client is responsible for local duties and taxes for orders shipped abroad, typically ranging from 10% to 20% of the purchase price.
