At Halo Diamonds, we are dedicated to delivering our clients the highest quality craftsmanship and professional expertise. Each engagement ring purchase comes with an individual warranty card and a Certificate of Authenticity.
Our manufacturing guarantee ensures that we stand behind the integrity of every engagement ring and guarantee your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Prior to delivery, each engagement ring undergoes our rigorous quality control inspection to ensure it meets our highest standards.
Please note that manufacturing defects may occur within the first few months to a year of ownership under normal conditions. Any other issues that arise thereafter will likely be due to wear and tear.
If your ring requires service, our professionals will carefully inspect the item to determine the nature of the issue and whether it is covered under our manufacturer’s warranty. If our experts consider it a flaw in craftsmanship, we will repair your ring free of charge. If the damage is deemed not to be a manufacturing defect, then the cost to repair or replace will be assessed, and an estimate will be provided. The purchaser will then cover the costs of the work to be done.
The warranty does not include general wear and tear, accidental or incidental breakage, theft, loss, or any damage that our master bench experts deem is not due to manufacturer-related issues. Reasonable and proper care must be exercised to prevent damage to your ring, as outlined in our Ring Care section. Precious metals and diamonds are strong natural materials; however, they are not completely resistant to damage or breakage, and proper measures must be taken by the wearer to ensure their longevity.
If the ring has been altered in any way by a third party or outside jeweler other than Halo Diamonds, any and all warranties will be voided. This includes re-polishing, sizing, or any other adjustments.
At Halo Diamonds, we provide complimentary inspection and basic cleaning for rings. Please contact us at 1(866) 425-6342 to help you complete a service request form to have your engagement ring serviced.
1. Shipping Information
All in-stock items are processed and shipped within seven business days; custom-made orders are processed and shipped within fifteen business days.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with signature confirmation. We fully insure each item, FREE OF CHARGE, for the final purchase price, from the time it is in transit until the time it arrives at its destination. The recipient’s signature is required upon delivery.
Expedited Shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx is also available. If you need your order expedited, please select a different shipping option during checkout!
Once the order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that Halo Diamonds cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the shipper’s severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
If you would like to ship your item to an address other than the one listed on your credit card, you must place the address on file with your credit card company. Doing so will protect you from fraudulent charges.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
2. Return / Exchange Policy
In the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, standard or in-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the first delivery attempt.
The merchandise must be in original condition; we do not accept refunds for products showing any signs of wear or damage. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been altered. These items would include custom sizing, resizing, engraving, and special orders. Essentially, any items that we do not usually keep in stock or that have been custom-made.
At Halo Diamonds, we are confident that you will be delighted with your ring. However, if the item is not to your liking or specifications, we believe that 10 days is sufficient time to evaluate your purchase.
Custom-made or specially ordered pieces (including engagement rings and wedding bands) are created, especially for and based on each client’s exact requirements. Therefore, they may not be returned or exchanged.
Please note: If the Halo Diamonds Tags have been removed from the item, no refund will be issued.
To refund an in-stock item, please contact a Halo Diamonds representative to obtain a return authorization number. Without a return authorization number, the item will be shipped back to the sender.
Your return package should include the item, along with any packaging and all accompanying documents (including the Certificate of Authenticity for the Lab-Grown Diamond). Go to your local post office or carrier, have the item fully insured for the purchase price, and ship it back to the address provided by the Customer Service agent.
Please note that Halo Diamonds cannot be responsible for shipping charges or insurance fees on refunded items. Request a return receipt to confirm that your shipment has arrived at our location. For security purposes, do not write the word ‘diamond-ring / engagement ring’ anywhere outside the box.
Once Halo Diamonds receives the item, our quality assurance department will inspect the merchandise. After the item is verified, we will issue a refund in the same manner as the payment was made.
Please allow up to ten business days upon our receipt of the returned item to complete this process. Under no circumstances will this process be rushed, or our policy will be circumvented. All packaging and certifications must be returned in new condition.
Please note: Promotional Items cannot be exchanged for any other item since they are offered while quantities last. Also, Promotional Items can be removed from our website at any time, and our Company has no obligation to fulfill expired offers and/or promotions.
3. Payment Methods
Halo Diamonds accepts the following methods of payment:

Checks, wire transfers, and money orders must clear before items can be shipped.
Forms of Payment
Halo Diamonds accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, bank wire transfers, and PayPal. Upon receiving any deposit or full payment, your sales associate will email you an official store receipt with all the details of your purchase, including center diamond specifications, ring setting information, and the amounts paid and balance due.
Credit card: We accept all major credit cards.
Personal or certified bank checks: Please allow three to five business days to clear personal checks before shipping items. All checks should be made payable to “Halo Diamonds” and addressed to 13014 N. Dale Mabry Hwy. Suite 330 Tampa, Florida, 33618.
Bank wire transfer is one of our clients’ preferred payment methods. We provide you with our full account details upon request, and transfers usually take between one to five business days to process.
PayPal electronic invoices can be created the same day and sent directly to your e-mail address. You must have an active PayPal account to accept invoices and submit payments.
Layaway Plan
A down payment of approximately 40% of the total purchase price will enable clients to secure an item (complete engagement ring) or to begin production on a custom ring. Diamonds and metal prices fluctuate, and our inventory of finished rings and loose diamonds frequently change, so this will guarantee you an item you want at the agreed-upon price.
Installment payments can be made over a time frame of up to 6 months (or more in some instances). Once the balance is paid in full, we will arrange for delivery.
4. Pricing Policy
At Halo Diamonds, we make every attempt to ensure the listed prices for all items are accurate and up to date. However, prices depend on availability and other market factors and are subject to change without notice.
Additionally, price and other information may be inaccurate due to system or human error. We reserve the right to cancel and refuse any sale made based on an incorrect price.
We sincerely regret any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding in advance.
5. Taxes
Halo Diamonds is located in Florida, and we are currently registered to collect a combined sales tax only on orders shipped to addresses within the State of Florida.
The client is responsible for local duties and taxes for orders shipped abroad, typically ranging from 10% to 20% of the purchase price.
The terms contained herein are subject to change as taxation regulations continue to evolve. Halo Diamonds continuously monitors state and local tax laws to ensure compliance.
