Halo Diamonds is well known for setting our diamonds beautifully and delicately by hand, which gives us the advantage of our settings being a little stronger and exclusive than average rings cast in machines.
Although our Lab-Grown Diamond, platinum, and gold are the hardest natural materials on Earth, a diamond can be broken, chipped, or scratched under the right circumstances; with that being said, engagement rings can take a fair amount of abuse, especially the gallery and prongs of the setting with pretty much any activity where you are using your hands roughly: during chores, gardening, using tools, hard grip, and of course getting it caught on something, can lead to heavy wear.

Cleaning
Engagement rings are exposed to ordinary wear due to perspiration; personal products like hairspray, perfume, etc., and household chemicals such as Windex can cause buildup that dulls the stone’s surface. We suggest periodic cleanings to keep your engagement ring brilliant.
Keeping your ring in excellent condition is a priority, very reason why we strongly encourage you to schedule maintenance-cleaning appointments with us at least once a year to ensure the prongs are tight, the diamond isn’t loose, and there are no hairline cracks in the shank. Contact our customer service department for details on your complimentary cleaning service.
For a DIY approach at home, we recommend using a gentle scrubbing method with a soft toothbrush, mild soap, and warm water, which will help loosen most dirt and significantly enhance the stones’ brilliance.

Health & Safety

The health, safety, and well-being of our community are of the utmost importance to us. We follow state and local government health guidelines, and we are taking the following precautionary measures in our workplace. We will be implementing the following precautions intended to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus and ensure our staff and clients’ safety:

• All employees must wear a face mask and have their temperature taken on-premises.

• Installed plexiglass dividers to limit contact on-premises.

• All employees are required to wash their hands upon entering premises, throughout the day, and use hand sanitizers.

• All items will be immediately steam-cleaned after use and before usage by the next employee.

• Door handles and all commonly touched areas will be disinfected on an hourly basis throughout the day.

• Employees who are unwell or showing symptoms of the virus will be required to stay home.
